Russia’s Foreign Ministry accuses the UN Secretary General of siding with Kiev and its Western allies in the aftermath of the notorious ‘Bucha incident’ which the Kremlin accuses Ukraine of staging. India and China reiterate their stance in prioritising national interests defending their imports of fuel from Russia. That’s as the US Congress approves a bill to impose 100-percent tariffs on buyers of Moscow’s energy supplies. Russia’s Electoral chief notes the significance of – and external pressure meeting – this week’s legislative ballot as elections kick off around the country. Early voting has now kicked off in those Parliamentary elections. From the snow-laden Arctic to the remote communities that can be only accessed by boat or helicopter the nation’s citizens are fulfilling their right to determine the future of their homeland which makes up almost a tenth of the earth’s landmass.
