📒 Ukrainian troops have reportedly resumed artillery shelling of the city of Donetsk and destroyed a nearby gas pipeline. Russian emergency workers have been providing assistance in the search and rescue efforts. The OPCW has renewed accusations that the Syrian military has been using chemical weapons in the southern city of Douma. A Russian representative to the organization contested those findings, saying the new evidence was apparently allowed because it supports Western narratives, despite violating internal guidelines.
