A defensive wall around the brain called the blood-brain barrier allows vital nutrients and oxygen into the brain while keeping out harmful substances. Unfortunately, the blood-brain barrier can also block beneficial chemicals from entering the brain, including some that might relieve the symptoms of certain diseases. Olive Jung, a graduate student in the Intramural Research Program at the National Institutes of Health, is building a three-dimensional structure that acts just like the blood-brain barrier. Her work could accelerate therapeutic development by allowing scientists to test whether new medications might be able to get through the real blood-brain barrier.

THE ANSWER IS: HELL NO
How Nicotine Works
A synapse is the site where two neurons come into contact. The presynaptic neuron releases a neurotransmitter, which binds to receptors on the postsynaptic cell. This allows signals to be transmitted from neuron to neuron in the brain. Acetylcholine is released from one neuron and binds to receptors on adjacent neurons.
Exposure to Nicotine changes the Way your Brain functions.
Let S imagine your brain as a computer. Like A computer, your brain processes, stores and uses information. In A computer, information travels in the form of electricity moving through wires. Information transfer is A binary process, with switches being either on or off. In your brain, neurons are the cells that transfer and integrate information. Each neuron receives input from thousands of other neurons throughout the brain, processes that information and makes any necessary adjustments before communicating the message throughout the body. While signals are conducted through individual neurons as electric current, it S A group of chemical messengers called neuro transmitters that actually relay those messages between neurons and other cells [according to National Institute on Drug Abuse]
Each neuro transmitter has its own specific family of receptors. Nicotine happens to imitate the neuro transmitter acetyl choline, and binds to those receptors (specifically those known as the Nicotinic receptors). However, unlike acetyl choline, Nicotine is not regulated by your body. While neurons typically release small amounts of acetyl choline in a regulated manner, Nicotine activates cholinergic neurons (which would normally use acetyl choline to communicate with other neurons) in many different regions throughout your brain simultaneously.
Because of all of that unregulated stimulation and disruption, your body increases it S release of acetyl choline, leading to heightened activity in cholinergic pathways throughout your brain. Activity in the cholinergic pathways calls your body and brain into action, and you feel re-energized. Stimulating those cholinergic neurons also increases how much dopamine gets released by the limbic system, which activates reward pathways in your brain. When drugs like cocaine or nicotine activate the reward pathways, it reinforces your desire to use them again because it feels good [according National Institute on Drug Abuse].
Nicotine also stimulates the release of another neuro transmitter, glutamate; glutamate is involved in learning and memory and enhances the connections between sets of neurons. These stronger connections may be the physical basis of what we know as memory, and when you use Nicotine, glutamate may create A memory loop of the good feelings you get and further drive the desire to use Nicotine.
Nicotine also increases the level of other neuro transmitters and chemicals that modulate how your brain works. For example, your brain makes more endorphins in response to Nicotine. Endorphins are small proteins that are often called the body S natural painkiller. It turns out that the chemical structure of endorphins is very similar to that of heavy duty synthetic pain killers like morphine. Endorphins can lead to feelings of euphoria, and may explain nicotine S psychoactive and rewarding effects.

TARGETED INDIVIDUAL TECHNOLOGY EXPERT BRYAN KAFRON EXPOSES HOW REMOTE MIND CONTROL ALTERS YOUR BRAINS NEURAL NETWORK
Total Individual Control Technology: Insider Exposes How You ands Your DNA are Being Targeted
What Total Individual Control Technology is Capable Of
“This technology manipulates the electrical signals in the brain, thus controlling thoughts and feelings and emotions and sensations throughout the body. It works by rewiring the brain by creating new neural pathways and destroying existing neural pathways, thus this literally changes the way a person thinks and thus behaves.
This technology can also be used to control the muscle movement of the target. It can take over one’s hands or feet while driving and make you press on the accelerator or press on the brake or turn. This can be used to cause accidents it can also be used to prevent accidents from happening.
This technology can also tap into the optical nerve of the target, and the auditory system of the target, so that those monitoring the target can see what the target is seeing and hear what target is hearing. This information is then downloaded and stored on a computer, in a highly secure classified site on servers that are guarded by some of the tightest security in the world. This results in the individual’s entire day, everything they see, everything they hear, everything they experiment, everything they experience, and everything they feel being recorded till the end of time.
This technology can also be used to manipulate the emotions of the target. It can induce fear, love, hate.
This technology can be used to beam images and even motion pictures into one’s brain. Images and motion pictures that are so realistic that you think you are actually watching A movie or seeing something in reality. It S like a virtual reality 3D rendering that takes place within the target S mind. The images and motion pictures manifest themselves in such A way that the target if they are not aware that this technology is being used on them will believe that they are natural thoughts and natural images.
This technology can also be used to induce and control dreams. It can be used to control dream cycles and sleep patterns. To cause one to sleep very deeply or to cause one to not sleep at all. REM cycles, alpha beta and delta brainwaves can be induced immediately by this technology. And this technology can also be used to mimic spiritual experiences. Joy, love, peace that passes understanding can all be induced artificially by this technology to make the target believe that they are having A genuine spiritual experience when they re not.
This technology can also be used to sexually manipulate the target. Make them feel sexual arousal or turn off their sexuality altogether, it can stimulate them and it can shut them down at A moment S notice. It can also be used to manipulate the hormones of the target, thus lowering and raising estrogen and testosterone levels in women and men respectively.
This technology can also be used to read the thoughts of the target in real time (…) they can read your thoughts verbatim as they occur within your own mind.
Anywhere from small groups of people 10 – 20 to 100, to medium size groups of people several thousand to tens of thousands. This is done by creating a field effect, where an entire field of electromagnetic energy is created in A geographical location and any human being within that geographical location within that electromagnetic field affecting that geographical location will be effected by the technology. This can be used to induce A general mood in A population or a crowd of people. It can be used to make them passive, it can be used to make them agitated. And this can be used to cause or stop, induce riots. Stop crime, start crime. Stop thoughts, start thoughts. Massive mind control on A city wide level.”
SCHIZOPHRENICS ARE PARANOID FOR GOOD REASON
This is, after all, the very origin of Tin Foil Hats
“(…) the DNA of the individual is used to determine the resonant frequency of the DNA itself, the resonant frequency is then used to fine tune the technology (…) to tune it perfectly to the resonant frequency of the targeted individual S DNA.”

CGSR Seminar – Brain Science from Bench to Battlefield The Realities and Risks of Neuroweapons
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory’s Center for Global Security Research (CGSR) sponsored this talk entitled “Brain Science from Bench to Battlefield
“The Realities and Risks of Neuro Weapons” by Dr James Giordano on June 12, 2017.
The use of sarin gas in Syria and the nerve agent VX to assassinate Kim Jong-nam, and ongoing efforts in brain science by both nations and non-state actors (inclusive of a growing community of do-it-yourself/biohacker scientists) prompt renewed interest in the current and near-term possibilities of developing and employing neuroweapons. Discourse at the most recent meeting of Biological, Toxin, and Weapons Convention (BTWC), and ongoing efforts of a Working Group of the European Union Human Brain Project reinforced the need to more rigorously address research and use of weaponizable brain science.
In this briefing, neuroscientist and neuroethicist Dr. James Giordano of Georgetown University Medical Center discusses how new developments in brain science afford potential utility in military, intelligence and warfare operations, addresses implications of neuroweapons, and details the need for improved identification, surveillance, guidance and governance of brain science that can be used in military and warfare applications, and thus pose defined risk and threat to security interests.
Dr James Giordano is Professor in the Departments of Neurology and Biochemistry, Chief of the Neuroethics Studies Program, and Co-director of the O’Neill-Pellegrino Program in Brain Science and Global Health Law and Policy at the Georgetown University Medical Center, Washington, DC. He is a Senior Researcher and Task Leader of the Working Group on Dual Use of the EU HumanuBrain Project, and has served as A Senior Science Advisory Fellow of the Strategic Multilayer Assessment group of the Joint Staff of the Pentagon.

Drug transport across the Blood Brain Barrier
The Blood Brain Barrier (BBB) prevents entry into the brain of most drugs from the blood. The presence of the BBB makes difficult the development of new treatments of brain diseases, or new radiopharmaceuticals for neuroimaging of brain. All of the products of biotechnology are large molecule drugs that do not cross the BBB.
THE MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION IS
DOES NICOTINE BLOCK GRAPHENE, mRNA AND NANO BOTS, ALONG WITH OTHER HARMFUL SUBSTANCES LIKE FLUORIDE OR ENDORTRINE DISRUPTERS?
May 31, 2022
Many chemicals, both natural and man-made, may mimic or interfere with the body’s hormones, known as the endocrine system. Called endocrine disruptors, these chemicals are linked with developmental, reproductive, brain, immune, and other problems.
Endocrine Disruptors are found in many everyday products, including some plastic bottles and containers, liners of metal food cans, detergents, flame retardants, food, toys, cosmetics, and pesticides. Some endocrine-disrupting chemicals are slow to break-down in the environment. That characteristic makes them potentially hazardous over time.
Drug Transport across the Blood Brain Barrier
William M Pardridge
The Blood Brain Barrier (BBB) prevents the brain uptake of most pharmaceuticals. This property arises from the epithelial like tight junctions within the brain capillary endothelium. The BBB is anatomically and functionally distinct from the blood cerebrospinal fluid barrier at the choroid plexus. Certain small molecule drugs may cross the BBB via lipid mediated free diffusion, providing the drug has A molecular weight 400 Da and forms 8 hydrogen bonds. These chemical properties are lacking in the majority of small molecule drugs, and all large molecule drugs. Nevertheless, drugs can be reengineered for BBB transport, based on the knowledge of the endogenous transport systems within the BBB. Small molecule drugs can be synthesized that access Carrier Mediated Transport (CMT) systems within the BBB. Large molecule drugs can be reengineered with molecular Trojan Horse delivery systems to access Receptor Mediated Transport (RMT) systems within the BBB

WebMD – Smokers are Protected Against SARS CoV 2 Infection
Smokers Hospitalized Less Often for COVID 19.
Hospitalized COVID19 patients Represented A Mere 1.4% to 12.6%.
April 29, 2020 – Today in the world of Corona Virus News:
Few of those hospitalized with the coronavirus are smokers, and researchers are trying to understand why
One hypothesis is that nicotine, which has anti-inflammatory properties, may interfere with the way that COVID 19 causes an overreaction of the immune system.
The hypothesis comes from Konstantinos Farsalinos, a cardiologist in Greece who focuses on tobacco-use reduction. Farsalinos noticed that few COVID-19 patients who were hospitalized in China were smokers, though about half of men in the country smoke.
Farsalinos and colleagues wrote a new paper available as a preprint and scheduled to be published in Internal and Emergency Medicine. They found that among 13 studies in China with nearly 6,000 hospitalized COVID-19 patients, the rate of smokers ranged from 1.4% to 12.6%. No studies recorded e-cigarette use.
“The results were remarkably consistent across all studies and were recently verified in the first case series of COVID-19 cases in the U.S.,” the authors wrote, calling for an “urgent investigation.”

Mental Health Daily – Hidden Benefits Of Nicotine on the Brain
The alterations made to the brain by nicotine ingestion makes it an appealing drug for many individuals, including those with ADHD, anxiety, depression, and schizophrenia. Nicotine is known to possess dopaminergic properties, increasing dopmaine levels in the brain, which lead to improved cognitive function.
While cancer is commonly associated with nicotine due to the fact that nicotine is in cigarettes, this is mostly due to tobacco as well as the upwards of 7.000 chemicals added to these products. When used in the form of A standalone patch, a person is capable of attaining a psychological “Buzz” or cognitive enhancement from nicotine, without the dangerous toxins associated with smoking cigarettes.
For this reason, many people resort to smoking cigarettes or even just using nicotine patches as a way to remain calm and focused during cognitively demanding tasks. Nicotine is considered a nootropic ,See Below, and can be used as a “smart drug” to maximize cognitive capacity, plus some evidence suggests that it may act as a neuro protective agent, See Below.
Examples of tasks that people have found benefit from using nicotine include: solving complex mathematical equations, taking exams, and technical writing.
What is nicotine? + How it works
Nicotine is considered a para sympathetic alkaloid derived from nightshade plants (Solanaceae). It acts as A stimulant drug, speeding up activity in the central nervous system and brain, giving people increased physical and mental energy. It functions by stimulating the nAChR or “Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptors” as an agonist, meaning it binds to that receptor and elicits A physiological response associated with that receptor.
Therefore levels of dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin all increase as A result of nicotine usage. Furthermore, nicotine stimulates the sympathetic nervous system, leading to a release of epinephrine (adrenaline).Upon inhalation of Nicotine, it passes through the blood-brain barrier within 20 seconds. Due to the stimulatory effects and favorable alterations in neurotransmission as a result of Nicotine ingestion, many people use it as their drug of choice.
Hidden Benefits of Nicotine on the Brain
Although Nicotine in tobacco is responsible for the cancer, illness, and mortality of millions of people, when used in its pure form, it may hold significant therapeutic value. These benefits have been documented since the early 1990s and research continues to unveil new therapeutic potential.
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
There is evidence dating back to the 1990 S suggesting that Nicotine may be useful for treating various symptoms of ADHD ).
Neuro Protective Agents
List of Drugs and Supplements
THIS IS VERY INTERESTING
Neuro Protective agents refer to substances that are capable of preserving brain function and structure. When the brain is exposed to high levels of oxidative stress, mito chondrial dysfunction, inflammation, various forms of neuro toxicity (e.g. excito toxicity), and protein deficiencies – neuro degeneration can occur. To prevent or mitigate the effects of any neurodegeneration, strategic administration of a neuroprotective agent may be beneficial.
Administration of A neuroprotective agent may help minimize the effects of chronic conditions that could: kill brain cells, decrease brain volume, and lead to long term functional impairment. Specific examples of things that can cause neuro degeneration include traumatic brain injuries, drug abuse, pharmaceutical medications, schizophrenia, strokes, and dementia. For this reason, many people have turned to neuro protective agents in hopes that they will help preserve long term mental health
There is A long list.
NICOTINE is on this list.
N° 21 Nicotine
In both human and monkey studies, nicotine has been shown to delay the onset of Parkinson’s disease. In rodent studies, nicotine administration resulted in protection of neurons from glutamate induced neuro toxicity. The Nicotine inhibited neuronal death in the cortex of rodents.
Benefits of Neuro protective Agents There are many benefits that can be obtained from the usage of neuroprotective agents. Most people use them as A means of improving brain function following an injury, but they may also be utilized to delay onset of A neuro degenerative disorder.
Neurotransmitter function: Some of the neuro protective agents listed above improve efficiency and functioning of various neurotransmitters throughout the brain. Healthy neurotransmitter function can improve neuronal health and mitigate neuro transmitter deficits resulting from neurodegeneration.
COULD THIS INTERFERE WITH NANO BOTS HIGH JACKING NEUROTRANSMITTER FUNCTION?
Reducing neuro toxicity: Neuro degeneration often occurs as A result of elevated levels of neurotoxins. The accumulation of neurotoxins over an extended period of time can kill brain cells, and impair functioning. Many of the substances listed above directly act to prevent damage as a result of various neurotoxins.
Brain activity: Many neuroprotective agents alter brain activity and improve health in regions that have become impaired. For this reason, they are often utilized to improve function following a traumatic brain injury. Anyone that has suffered some form of stroke and/or been diagnosed with a neurodegenerative disorder will likely take steps in attempt to normalize their brain activity, some of which may involve taking neuroprotective agents.
Certain agents are capable of improving cognition and mental performance in preexisting cases of neurodegenerative diseases. Memory and attentional processes tend to decline as the neurodegeneration escalates, but can often be corrected with proper administration of a neuroprotective agent.
Mitochondrial function: There is evidence that many of these neuroprotective agents help improve mitochondrial function. Mitochondria are responsible for powering neurons, regulating their energy and helping them survive. They help improve signaling between neurons and healthy functioning can help prevent certain aspects of neurodegeneration.
What Are Nootropics, “Smart Drugs”?
Nootropics or “smart drugs” are substances that serve to enhance cognition, sometimes to a significant extent. The word “nootropic” originated in 1972 from Dr. Corneliu E. Girugea and consists of the Greek words “nous” (translating to “mind”) and “trepein” (translating to “bend”); in other words, “mind-bending.” There are many types of nootropics, some of which are controlled pharmaceutical substances, while others come in the form of supplements.
Most usage of nootropics is done for a competitive advantage in academics or occupational settings such as in high-performance job markets
Why do people use nootropics?
There are several reasons why people use nootropics. They are most often used for medical conditions such as ADHD and are regulated substances. But non-ADHD medications and supplements are more frequently used for performance enhancement. Many individuals use these drugs for performance enhancement and/or to gain some sort of competitive edge in academics or occupational work.
Chronic fatigue syndrome
Neurodegenerative disorders: Many nootropics have been suggested to provide benefit for those with various neurodegenerative disorders such as: Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s disease and dementia. Some have even been investigated to help treat the cognitive symptoms of schizophrenia.
Sleep wakefulness disorders
Treatment resistant depression
Performance enhancement: Nootropics are also commonly used for the purposes of gaining an edge on the competition. Using nootropics could be thought of as being analogous to a bodybuilder taking steroids. In this case it allows an individual to surpass their natural genetic limitations.
Academic advantage: In academics, students are using nootropics to help them remember more and study more efficiently. Students are taking these drugs to help improve scores on various tests and to write papers.
Occupational performance: Some people may use these for a competitive advantage on certain cognitively-demanding jobs. For example, a person who needs to crunch numbers all day and critical thinking as part of their job may benefit from using nootropics.
Sports: Many nootropics are known to improve the performance of athletes. They can increase focus, spatial orientation, and allow an athlete to surpass their natural genetic limitations.
3. Biohacking: Individuals may want to try nootropics as a means of biohacking. Usually people who are drawn to these substances are individuals looking to alter their natural biological state of functioning. Many people put themselves through nootropic “trials” in order to determine how their mental functioning improves as a result. As a result, there are many intriguing reports surfacing on the internet from people that have used nootropics.
Less sleep: Those who want to get more done and sleep less
Biden is going to war with Smokers… Dramatic nicotine reduction
The Biden administration intends to pursue a policy requiring tobacco companies to reduce the nicotine in all cigarettes sold in the U.S. to minimally or nonaddictive levels.
Biden Signs Budget, Gives All Nicotine Authority to FDA March 15, 2022
President Joe Biden on Tuesday signed a bill that gives the U.S. Food and Drug Administration powers over over any nicotine, not just tobacco-derived nicotine. Part of a $1.5 trillion government spending measure, the rider was slipped into the bill with no debate or notification to the vaping industry.
The language of the Tobacco Control Act will now change to define a tobacco product as “any product made or derived from tobacco, or containing nicotine from any source, that is intended for human consumption.”
“You know, in a moment, I’m going to sign this bipartisan government funding bill,” Biden said. “But with this bill, we’re going to send a message to the American people – a strong message – that Democrats and Republicans can actually come together and get something done.”
Bryan Haynes, a partner with Troutman Pepper, said that the amendment has an effective date 30 days after the bill is enacted (April 14) and gives a manufacturer of a tobacco product with synthetic nicotine (or nicotine derived from a source other than tobacco) 30 days after the effective date to file a premarket tobacco product application (PMTA) with FDA.
“If FDA has not authorized the product within 90 days after the effective date, the product must be removed from the market. This is likely to amount to an effective ban on synthetic nicotine products,” he wrote in the firm’s Tobacco Law Blog. “FDA is highly unlikely to authorize a PMTA in 90 days when other PMTA S for electronic nicotine delivery systems have been pending for more than two years.”
