Het is altijd weer hetzelfde liedje. Moszkowicz hoeft bijvoorbeeld niet uit te leggen waarom hij met Micha van de openbaarmaking van het dagboek een deal sluit, in feite dus die openbaarmaking toestaat en goedkeurt, maar Dankbaar wel een miljoen afhandig maakt voor een mindere overtreding van openbaarmaking van het dagboek? Een dagboek dat al 6 maanden openbaar was gemaakt door Micha, met toestemming van Moszkowicz? Hoe rijmt dit met de beweerde belangenbehartiging van Terpstra, die volgens Moszkowicz openbaarmaking van haar dagboek wilde voorkomen?
