Biden might Decide Today, Whether to Initiate WWIII against Russia

A Retired Top Executive at the World’s 9th Largest Armaments Manufacturer, and National Security Advisor to US Congressional Committees, Stephen Bryen, has Become A Whislteblower against the Military Industrial Complex’s Control over the US Government, and has Just Blogged Saying that “Washington and its Client NATO Members are Declaring War on Russia. That is the Direct Meaning of the Forthcoming Visit of Zelensky to Washington where the Parties will Agree on Targets inside Russia. To say [that] this is an Insane, Reckless Move is Understatement. This is the Most Dangerous Step Possible for the US and NATO [and the Entire World] and It will Lead to World War III.”

The New York Times Reports that “President Biden Appears on the Verge of Clearing the Way for Ukraine to Launch Long Range Western Weapons Deep inside Russian Territory, as Long as it doesn’t Use Arms Provided by the United States, European Officials say.” That Policy would Allow Ukraine to Attack The Kremlin with Non US Made NATO Weapons but still with US Satellite Intelligence and Guidance, and Its Purpose would Be for America to Come into the War Publicly Only after Russia Then Invades European NATO Members. However, Russia would Have No Reason to Limit an Anti NATO Attack to Only Europe, Especially because NATO is Controlled by the US Government, and because Only That Government would Be in Control, via Its and Its Colonies’ Satellites, over Those Missiles. So, the Actual Purpose of Such A Policy would Be the Cosmetic One, to Say “We didn’t Start World War Three.”

As of 7 PM, on September 13th, Now that Keir Starmer is Flying Home to Britain after A 90 Minute Private Discussion with Joe Biden, There is Still No Read Out from the Office of Either Leader except A Completely Uninformative 180 Word One from Biden’s office, Saying, about Ukraine, Only 15 Words, that “They Reaffirmed Their Unwavering Support for Ukraine as It Continues to Defend against Russia’s Aggression.” This Therefore Leaves Standing the Lengthy Press Briefing to Reporters about the Meeting, Shortly before It Occurred, at 11:39 AM, in Which John Kirby Kept Being Grilled, to No Effect, about What the President’s Goals and Position were in Regards to Allowing Ukraine to Shoot Long Range Missiles into Russia, and Mr Kirby Repeatedly Said, “I wouldn’t be Looking for an Announcement Today about Long Range Strike Capabilities inside Russia, Certainly Anything, Certainly by the United States. So, There’s No Change to Our Policy with Respect to That.” I would Interpret That as, Any Change on That will Come, if At All, after November 5th. Biden wants Harris to become President.

UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, the man who as the UK’s Chief Prosecutor made the decisions to prosecute and imprison and keep in Prison Julian Assange, is now on September 13th visiting The White House in order to persuade US President Joe Biden to enable Ukraine to use NATO Missiles to strike deep inside Russia, including The Kremlin, which is less than 317 miles from Ukraine’s border.

On September 12th, Russia’s President Vladimir Putin had issued the following warning about this potential decision,

Answer to A Question from A Media Representative

After his Speech at the Plenary Session of the United Cultures Forum, Vladimir Putin answered a question from a media representative.

Question Over the Last Few Days, We have Seen and Heard How at A Very High Level in Great Britain and the United States, the Topic has Been Discussed that the Kiev Regime will Be Able to Strike Deep into Russian Territory with Long Range Western Weapons. And, Apparently, this Decision is Either about to Be Made, or, Apparently, has Already Been Made. This is, of Course, an Extraordinary Thing. I Wanted to Ask you to Comment on What is happening.

Vladimir Putin There is an Attempt to Substitute Concepts. Because We are Not Talking about Allowing or Prohibiting the Kiev Regime from Striking Russian Territory. It is Already Striking with the Help of Unmanned Aerial Vehicles and Other Means. But When we are Talking about Using High Precision Long Range Weapons of Western Manufacture, it is A Completely Different Story.

The Thing is, I have Already Spoken about This, and Any Experts will Confirm this Both Here and in The West, the Ukrainian Army is Not Capable of Delivering Strikes with Modern High Precision Long Range Systems of Western Manufacture. It can Not do This. This is Only Possible using Intelligence Data from Satellites, which Ukraine does Not Have, This Data is Only from Satellites of Either the European Union or the United States, in General, from NATO Satellites. This is the First Thing.

The Second and Very Important, Perhaps the Key, is that Flight Assignments for these Missile Systems can, in Fact, Only Be Entered by NATO Military Personnel. Ukrainian Military Personnel can Not do This.

So it’s Not A Question of Allowing the Ukrainian Regime to Strike Russia with these Weapons or Not. It’s A Question of Deciding Whether NATO Countries are Directly Involved in A Military Conflict or Not.

If this Decision is Made, It will Mean Nothing Less than the Direct Participation of NATO Countries, the United States, and European Countries in the War in Ukraine. This is Their Direct Participation, and This, of Course, Significantly Changes the Very Essence, the Very Nature of the Conflict.

This will Mean that NATO Countries, the US, European Countries are Fighting with Russia. And if This is So, Then, Bearing in Mind the Change in the Very Essence of this Conflict, We will Make Appropriate Decisions Based on the Threats that will Be Created for Us.
