Om te zien of Robert Jensen een nieuwe video heeft uitgebracht, maak ik gebruik van de zoekmachine van YouTube en zo kwam ik er achter, dat in de VS een dokter, genaamd Scott Jensen (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_Jensen_(Minnesota_politician)), die tevens senator is, in de senaat van de staat Minnesota, in de problemen is geraakt met zijn uitspraken, dat COVID te vergelijken is met de griep en dat hij het raar vindt om ieder overlijden te noteren als een COVID dood. De video van Dr. Jensen is overgenomen door diverse content compilers, die een andere video achter die van Dr. Jensen hebben geplakt, zoals Viable TV, die het tweede deel waarschijnlijk heeft overgenomen van VoiceTV Nigeria (zie https://youtu.be/fiecPHpBTcI).

De tekst van de video heb ik uitgeschreven en hier is de vertaling. De tekst wordt voorgelezen door een Ghanees, van wie de foto wordt getoond. Ik weet niet wie het is, maar hij ziet er belangrijk uit. Hij richt zich tot zijn mede Ghanezen, die hij oproept te luisteren naar dit extract van een artikel van de Rockefeller Foundation, waarvan de PDF zich zou bevinden op een website (maar ik heb het niet kunnen vinden en heb de tekst dus zelf uitgetypt, deze kan fouten bevatten, waar het moeilijk was de tekst te verstaan) en wat volgt is een ‘outline’ (schets) van een voorgestelde gesimuleerde wereldwijde uitbraak en welke stappen nodig zijn en wat het resultaat is.

NB Lock Step betekent: in de pas lopen; een vast patroon, keurslijf.

Gesproken wordt over Rockefeller Lock Step 2010 (waarover verderop meer), een programma, waarin een virus, zeer besmettelijk, maar met een superlaag sterftecijfer, wordt geschapen ten bate van een plan (niet duidelijk welk plan, maar kennelijk werelddominantie), een hybride onderzoeksstreng (dat is ‘strain’) van SARS, HIV, gemaakt in een laboratorium in Fort Detrick (zie https://news.cgtn.com/news/2020-05-16/Concerns-raised-over-U-S-Fort-Detrick-Lab-as-COVID-19-rages-Qxy2ADgYTe/index.html) tussen 2008 en 2013 als onderdeel van een onderzoeksproject om te ontdekken waarom Corona als een lopend vuurtje zich verspreidt in vleermuizen, maar uitermate veel moeite heeft om mensen te infecteren. Daarom is HIV ingevoegd, want dat staat bekend als de missende schakel om mensen te infecteren.

Als een back up plan is een tot wapen gemaakte versie van het virus gecreëerd met een veel hoger sterftecijfer, gereed om los te worden gelaten in fase 3, maar alleen als dat nodig is. Tussen haakjes wordt gesproken van SARS HIV MERS, een tot wapen gemaakte tribride (dat is een hybride met drie componenten: https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/tribrid) streng, gecreëerd in Fort Detrick plus 4 laboratorium in 2015.

Breng deze onderzoeksstreng (dat is de hybride) over naar een ander klasse 4 lab, het Nationaal Microbiologie Laboratorium in Winnipeg, Canada (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/National_Microbiology_Laboratory), en laat het gestolen worden en het land uit gesmokkeld door China, met opzet, en gebracht worden naar China’s enige klasse 4 laboratorium, het Wuhan Instituut van Virologie (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wuhan_Institute_of_Virology) in Wuhan, de hoofdstad van de provincie Wuhan, China, voor extra plausibel recht om te ontkennen en te helpen de vereiste publieke script te cementeren als iets om op terug te vallen, indien noodzakelijk. Het primaire script is, dat China het gecreëerd heeft en het per ongeluk heeft losgelaten, dat is waarom we spreken van plandemie of ongeluk volgens plan van al de spreekbuizen Fauchi, Burks, Tedros en organisaties WHO, NIAID, CDC, UN, die geïnvolveerd zijn met pandemie respons voorafgaand aan het geplande loslaten van de onderzoeksstreng om het gewenste script te controleren gedurende de operatie.

Nadat het mandaat rol je uit is nagespeeld op de Gates ID 2020 eveneens de Lock Step hypothese vlak voor het geplande loslaten van de onderzoeksstreng, gebruikmakend van een real world oefening als een finaal oorlogsspel om de verwachte respons tijdlijnen en uitkomsten te bepalen van Gates en het Event 201, oktober 2019 (https://robscholtemuseum.nl/cor-hendriks-event-201/). Laat de onderzoeksstreng los in het Wuhan Instituut van Virologie zelf en dan breng het loslaten over op een natuurlijke zondebok als een gewenst primair script: de Wuhan ‘wet market’ (https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wet_market) in november 2019.

Bagatelliseer de overdracht van mens tot mens zo lang mogelijk om de onderzoeksstreng de gelegenheid te geven zich op een wereldwijde schaal te verspreiden, voordat enig land in Lock Down gaat of antwoordt om initiële infectie te vermijden (kan je het je voorstellen?). Niemand stierf, maar de WHO – dus dat is precies wat de WHO deed – bagatelliseerde de overdracht van mens tot mens zo lang mogelijk om de onderzoeksstreng te laten verspreiden op een wereldwijde schaal, voordat enig land in Lock Down kon gaan en kon reageren om initialisatie te vermijden. Sluit, wanneer het land eenmaal infectie heeft, inkomend en uitgaand het reizen af, maar houd de transmissie binnen het land spreidend voor zo lang als mogelijk. Wanneer eenmaal genoeg mensen in een land of gebied zijn geïnfecteerd (en niet), dwing quarantaine of isolatie voor dat gebied en breid de Lock Down gebieden langzaam na verloop van tijd uit; overdrijf het sterftecijfer door de onderzoeksstreng te koppelen aan sterftegevallen, die weinig tot niets van doen hebben met het werkelijke virus om de angst en volgzaamheid op een maximum te houden. Als iemand sterft om welke reden ook en er wordt gevonden, dat ze COVID hebben, beschouw dan dat ze COVID hebben, beschouw het als een COVID dood en als van iemand wordt gedacht symptomen van COVID te hebben gehad of misschien had, neem dan aan, dat ze COVID hadden en beschouw het een COVID dood.

Dus dit is wat we gehoord hebben, dat een hoop van de doden overdreven zijn. Dat is waarom de Amerikanen de Chinezen betwijfelen [dat hun getallen te laag zijn]. De Chinezen waren niet fout, ze citeerden de juiste getallen, maar dit ding was gekweekt en uitgebroed in Amerika door de Amerikanen door de ontvolking agenda van Bill Gates, Anthony Fauchi en de Rockefeller Foundation, zodat wat ze tellen in Amerika een hoop ervan niets van doen heeft met COVID 19. Er zijn veel mensen, die zijn gestorven aan andere ziektes, die niets van doen hebben met COVID 19, maar sommige van de symptomen hebben en ze hebben hen gewoon allemaal als COVID 19 aangemerkt, dat is waarom Anthony Fauchi voortdurend spreekt met vertrouwen, dat er 200.000 infectiedoden zullen zijn – schande op hem!

Houd het publiek zo lang mogelijk in quarantaine om de economie van de regio te vernietigen (zie je het!), creëer sociale onrust, breek de bevoorradingsketen af en veroorzaak het begin van massale voedseltekorten laat eveneens het immuunsysteem verzwakken vanwege een gebrek aan interactie met andere mensen, bacteriën, de buitenwereld, ook wel bekend als de zaken, die ons immuunsysteem alert en levend houden; dus [aldus de verteller] deze methode, dat we aan het volgen zijn [dat is sociale isolatie], maakt ons in feite ontvankelijk voor ziekten en verzwakt ons immuunsysteem, dat is waarom we naar buiten moeten gaan (ze maken een grapje).

Bagatelliseer en val alle mogelijke behandelingen [dat is HCQ] aan en blijf echoën, dat de enige geneeswijze, die geschikt is om dit virus te bevechten, een vaccin is.

Blijf de quarantaine voortslepen, steeds weer opnieuw, in twee weken intervallen, zodat meer en meer mensen beginnen op te staan en te protesteren of uiteindelijk ze [dat zijn de maatregelen] te negeren (mag God genade hebben).

Uiteindelijk beëindig de fase 1 Quarantaine, wanneer ze genoeg publieke verzet krijgen, rond juni 2020 en zeg publiekelijk, dat ze nog steeds denken, dat het te vroeg is om de isolatie te beëindigen, maar ik ga het toch doen. Wanneer het publiek teruggaat naar normaal en terug naar het normale aantal ziekenhuisopnames, wacht een paar weken en ga dan weer door met het overdrijven van de huidige sterftecijfers van augustus tot september 2020. Verhoog tracking en tracing van de bevolking op verplichte apps. Neem de controle over van voedsel, gas, tekorten op grote schaal, zodat mensen alleen toegang krijgen tot essentiële producten en diensten, als ze eerst toestemming krijgen.

Houd de fase 2 Lock Down in stand voor een veel langere periode dan de fase 1 Lock Down, ga door met het vernietigen van de wereldeconomie, corrumpeer verder de bevoorradingsketen en vergroot verder de voedseltekorten en dergelijke. Druk iedere publieke verontwaardiging de kop in door het gebruik van extreme actie en geweld. Doe een ieder, die zich tegen de maatregelen verzet, voorkomen als publieke vijand nummer 1. Zodoende ben ik bereid me te onderwerpen na een tamelijk lange fase 2 Lock Down van minstens zes maanden.

Rol het vaccinatie programma met vaccin verificatie uit en maak het verplicht voor iedereen, waarbij voorrang wordt gegeven aan diegenen, die zich vanaf het begin hebben onderworpen en zorg ervoor, dat diegenen die voor zijn, diegenen, die tegen zijn, aanvallen, door te zeggen, dat zij een bedreiging vormen en de reden van al deze problemen zijn. We kunnen niet teruggaan naar normaal tot iedereen het vaccin neemt. Mensen, die zich ertegen verzetten, zijn bedreigingen voor onze manier van leven en daarom onze vijand (luister!)! Wanneer de meerderheid van de mensen tegen de agenda ingaan, laat dan de tot wapen gemaakte SARS HIV MERS tribrid streng los als fase 3. Een virus met een sterftecijfer van meer dan 30% als een finale angstaanjager om de minderheid er toe te brengen snel de meerderheid te worden en geef een finale. Ik zei het nog zo tegen diegenen, die niet wilden luisteren.

Lock Step: A world of tighter top down government control and more authoritarian leadership, with limited innovation and growing citizen pushback.

In 2012, the pandemic that the world had been anticipating for years finally hit. Unlike 2009’s H1N1, this new influenza strain – originating from wild geese – was extremely virulent and deadly. Even the most pandemic-prepared nations were quickly overwhelmed when the virus streaked around the world, infecting nearly 20 percent of the global population and killing 8 million in just seven months, the majority of them healthy young adults. The pandemic also had a deadly effect on economies: international mobility of both people and goods screeched to a halt, debilitating industries like tourism and breaking global supply chains. Even locally, normally bustling shops and office buildings sat empty for months, devoid of both employees and customers.

The pandemic blanketed the planet – though disproportionate numbers died in Africa, Southeast Asia, and Central America, where the virus spread like wildfire in the absence of official containment protocols. But even in developed countries, containment was a challenge. The United States’s initial policy of “strongly discouraging” citizens from flying proved deadly in its leniency, accelerating the spread of the virus not just within the US but across borders. However, a few countries did fare better – China in particular. The Chinese government’s quick imposition and enforcement of mandatory quarantine for all citizens, as well as its instant and near hermetic sealing off of all borders, saved millions of lives, stopping the spread of the virus far earlier than in other countries and enabling a swifter postpandemic recovery.

China’s government was not the only one that took extreme measures to protect its citizens from risk and exposure. During the pandemic, national leaders around the world flexed their authority and imposed airtight rules and restrictions, from the mandatory wearing of face masks to body temperature checks at the entries to communal spaces like train stations and supermarkets. Even after the pandemic faded, this more authoritarian control and oversight of citizens and their activities stuck and even intensified. In order to protect themselves from the spread of increasingly global problems – from pandemics and transnational terrorism to environmental crises and rising poverty – leaders around the world took a firmer grip on power. At first, the notion of a more controlled world gained wide acceptance and approval. Citizens willingly gave up some of their sovereignty – and their privacy – to more paternalistic states in exchange for greater safety and stability. Citizens were more tolerant, and even eager, for top down direction and oversight, and national leaders had more latitude to impose order in the ways they saw fit. In developed countries, this heightened oversight took many forms: biometric IDs for all citizens, for example, and tighter regulation of key industries whose stability was deemed vital to national interests. In many developed countries, enforced cooperation with a suite of new regulations and agreements slowly but steadily restored both order and, importantly, economic growth. Across the developing world, however, the story was different – and much more variable. Top down authority took different forms in different countries, hinging largely on the capacity, caliber, and intentions of their leaders. In countries with strong and thoughtful leaders, citizens’ overall economic status and quality of life increased. In India, for example, air quality drastically improved after 2016, when the government outlawed highemitting vehicles. In Ghana, the introduction of ambitious government programs to improve basic infrastructure and ensure the availability of clean water for all her people led to a sharp decline in water-borne diseases. But more authoritarian leadership worked less well – and in some cases tragically – in countries run by irresponsible elites who used their increased power to pursue their own interests at the expense of their citizens. There were other downsides, as the rise of virulent nationalism created new hazards: spectators at the 2018 World Cup, for example, wore bulletproof vests that sported a patch of their national flag. Strong technology regulations stifled innovation, kept costs high, and curbed adoption. In the developing world, access to “approved” technologies increased but beyond that remained limited: the locus of technology innovation was largely in the developed world, leaving many developing countries on the receiving end of technologies that others consider “best” for them. Some governments found this patronizing and refused to distribute computers and other technologies that they scoffed at as “second hand.” Meanwhile, developing countries with more resources and better capacity began to innovate internally to fill these gaps on their own. Meanwhile, in the developed world, the presence of so many top-down rules and norms greatly inhibited entrepreneurial activity. Scientists and innovators were often told by governments what research lines to pursue and were guided mostly toward projects that would make money (for example, market driven product development) or were “sure bets” (for example, fundamental research), leaving more risky or innovative research areas largely untapped. Well off countries and monopolistic companies with big research and development budgets still made significant advances, but the IP behind their breakthroughs remained locked behind strict national or corporate protection. Russia and India imposed stringent domestic standards for supervising and certifying encryption related products and their suppliers – a category that in reality meant all IT innovations. The US and EU struck back with retaliatory national standards, throwing a wrench in the development and diffusion of technology globally. Especially in the developing world, acting in one’s national self interest often meant seeking practical alliances that fit with those interests – whether it was gaining access to needed resources or banding together in order to achieve economic growth. In South America and Africa, regional and sub-regional alliances became more structured. Kenya doubled its trade with southern and eastern Africa, as new partnerships grew within the continent. China’s investment in Africa expanded as the bargain of new jobs and infrastructure in exchange for access to key minerals or food exports proved agreeable to many governments. Crossborder ties proliferated in the form of official security aid. While the deployment of foreign security teams was welcomed in some of the most dire failed states, one size fits all solutions yielded few positive results. By 2025, people seemed to be growing weary of so much top-down control and letting leaders and authorities make choices for them. Wherever national interests clashed with individual interests, there was conflict. Sporadic pushback became increasingly organized and coordinated, as disaffected youth and people who had seen their status and opportunities slip away – largely in developing countries – incited civil unrest. In 2026, protestors in Nigeria brought down the government, fed up with the entrenched cronyism and corruption. Even those who liked the greater stability and predictability of this world began to grow uncomfortable and constrained by so many tight rules and by the strictness of national boundaries. The feeling lingered that sooner or later, something would inevitably upset the neat order that the world’s governments had worked so hard to establish.

Many of these documents, presented by those continuously cited as being (or in close proximity to) controllers of the global agenda, are often very curious items. It is never truly clear what the intent is in presenting them. It is clear that most ordinary folk in the world will never read them, so suggesting that they are a form of predictive programming is a difficult call to make. Their readership will always be contained to those closer to the workings of the global machine. Are they possibly a strange form of ‘training manual’ for the facilitators and middlemen of the agenda? Are they orchestrated misinformation designed to create misdirection when some of us think we’re starting to see the bigger picture? Or are they a statement of intent on the part of the controlling elite – not obvious even in plain sight… hidden, but not really hidden? As a final thought, I’m always concerned by the flippant inclusion of these cataclysmic events in many of these damning documents. They seem to serve no other purpose than to titillate the powerful, frighten the uninformed and annoy or confirm the suspicions of those who see the bigger picture. Maybe that is the point after all… Whatever the real reasons, we should always be aware. Spread the knowledge. Do our best to think for ourselves and never, ever allow ourselves to be told what IS. Open minds and level heads!
