The 71 Year Old  Billionaire Investor Agreed to the Cash Settlement in January.

The 71 Year Old Billionaire Investor, Who Remains A MoMA Board Member, Agreed to Pay the Cash Settlement in January, According to A Copy of the Agreement Obtained by the New York Times through A Freedom of Information Act Request. Prosecutors in the Virgin Islands did Not Immediately Respond to A Request for Confirmation.

Prosecutors had been Considering A Lawsuit that would Have Accused Black of Paying Huge Chunks of Money to Southern Trust, one of Epstein’s Companies, to Aid in his Sex Trafficking Operation. Black has Also Been under Scrutiny for A $ 158 Million Payment to Epstein for Tax and Estate Planning Services.

Under the Deal, Black is Released from Liability amid A Three Year Investigation into Epstein’s Sex Trafficking Operation of At Least 200 Girls and Women, Many of Whom were Underaged, to his Private Island Little St James. It was bought by Another Financier, Stephen Deckoff, in May.

For the Past Several Years, the Virgin Islands Department of Justice has Made it A Priority to Support Human Trafficking Victims and to Enforce the Law to Prevent and Deter Human Trafficking,” Prosecutor Venetia H Velazquez told the New York Times.

The Documents Showed that the Deal was Reached after Black’s Lawyers Met with Officials in the Virgin Islands As Well as A Lawyer Who Represented Epstein’s Victims the New York Times Reported.

Mr Black Engaged and Made Payments to Jeffrey Epstein for Legitimate Financial Advisory Services, which, Based on Everything Now Known, he Very Much Regrets,” said Whit Clay, A Spokesman for Black.

Consistent with Settlements of Other Major US Banks, Mr Black Resolved the USVI’s Potential Claims Arising Out of the Unintended Consequences of those Payments. There is No Suggestion in the USVI Settlement that Mr Black was Aware of or Participated in Any Misconduct.”

Despite the Come Ons, Ganieva did Not Sleep with the Men, at Which Point Black Told Her to Leave the Room. The Visit Only Lasted A Total of Two Hours.

It is Deeply Concerning that Black’s Scheme to Bring Ms Ganieva to Epstein’s Home was Something he Planned, and Did Do, Without her Knowledge. It was Wholly Without her Consent and Even Worse, By the Time he Told Her, Ms Ganieva was Powerless to Do Anything about It,’ wrote Ganieva’s Lawyers in Court Papers.

Just like her June Complaint, Ms Ganieva’s Story Today is Demonstrably and Transparently False and Betrays her Willingness to Say Anything and Fabricate A Story in the Hope that Something will Stick. It won’t,’ Black’s Attorney Whit Clay Said.

Ganieva Initially went Public with Allegations in her First Lawsuit on March 17 with A Series of Tweets In Which she Said she was ‘Bullied, Manipulated, Threatened, and Coerced,’ and Revealed the Existence of the NDA.

She had Created A Twitter Account that Month with Black’s Own Suit Alleging that It had Been Set Up for the Sole Purpose of Publishing the Defamatory Tweets.’

When I Refused his Sexual Advances I was Bullied, Manipulated, Threatened and Coerced. Similarly, Under Duress I was Forced to Sign an NDA in 2015,’ she wrote, Claiming, ‘I am Breaking my Silence Now because I Do Not Want this Type of Predatory Behavior to Continue Happening to Other Women.’

In an April Statement Referring to the First Lawsuit, Black said, ‘Any Allegation or Any Other Inappropriate Behavior towards Her is Completely Fabricated.’

He went Onto to Claim, ‘The Truth is that I have been Extorted by Ms Ganieva for Years and I Made Substantial Monetary Payments to Her, Based on her Threats to Go Public Concerning Our Relationship, in an Attempt to Spare my Family from Public Embarrassment.’

Epstein, Meanwhile, Hanged Himself in his Prison Cell in August 2019 as he was Awaiting Trial for Underage Sex Trafficking.

His Alleged Madam Ghislaine Maxwell Remains in A Brooklyn Prison Awaiting Trial on Charges she Groomed Underage Girls for Epstein, and Joined in during the Sexual Abuse.
