Helmin Wiels was emphasising a money laundring scam by Robbie’s’ SMS Loterij within United Telecom Services. UTS is telecom government body hijacked by the financial offshore sector to operate its CTEX and IDG datacenters for an illegal eGaming and SMS lottery network.

Robbie’s SMS Lotteries were just a tip of the iceberg, consisting of a worldwide gambling infrastructure with thousands of illegal and unregulated gambling websites rings created for Italian maffia, Latin American drugs cartels and Venezuelan, Russian, Syrian, Iranian weapon dealer clients to launder billions of euro’s and dollars for terrorism financing and underground banking to support Dutch Narco trade and exports.
