Het gaat vooral om die volgers van Q, die rechtstreeks Q volgen en de ‘crumbs’, die hij op het board achterlaat, uitleggen. Joe Manchin (D-WV), who is in a tough re-election bid back home in red state West Virginia, voted for cloture but has not announced his final vote. That made Collins’ decision paramount. The Maine Senator’s ‘yes’ vote now paves the way for Republicans to have the votes they need with Democrats voting ‘no’ to push the Kavanaugh nomination through. A final vote is expected on Saturday.’
