The Group Started with Twin Brothers Chris, Guitar, and Gerard , Keyboards, Koerts. They were the Main Composers of the Band. Lead Singer was Jerney Kaagman Who Later Also Came to Prominence as Head of the Jury of TV Program ‘Idols‘. Earth & Fire had A String of Hits in the Early 1970‘s Starting with “Seasons“, “Ruby Is the One“, and “Wild and Exciting“, Later came “Invitation“, “Storm and Thunder” and “Memories” between 1970 and 1973. “Wild and Exiting” was their 3rd Hit Which Reached N° 5 in the Dutch Top 40.
