We can report that the HIGH treason traitor Ratcliffe was part of a team involved in jury tampering during a Holy Land Foundation 9/11 trial in the early 2000s post 9/11 that involved the Holy Land Foundation link to the Muslim Brotherhood, Saudi Arabia-owned Citibank and the noted brokerage firm Eisley Brokerage of Las Vegas, Nevada that have now been fingered by the U.S. Military Tribunals in helping place massive short positions aka put options which were pre 9/11 trades on insurance companies and airlines with the bets being placed to designed take advantage of a stock market melt down, which did occur after the 9/11 black op attack.
